Gary is an incredible guy. My husband and I are first time home buyers and we were looking for a little cabin in Idyllwild. We had no idea what we were doing, and Gary patiently and happily walked us through every step of the way. He was extremely communicative and he would always go above and  beyond to help us out. Even after we closed on our cabin (yay!) when we hadn't changed electricity to our name yet (oops) he went to his house and brought us a bunch of his own flashlights and string lights so we weren't left in the dark on our first night.
